Maintenance Schedule

To maintain your pet’s coat and overall health, regular grooming is highly recommended. Most breeds require grooming every 4–6 weeks. Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments accordingly to avoid missed or overdue services.


Matted Coat Policy

Mats form when a pet’s coat is not properly maintained through regular brushing and combing.

Liability Disclaimer:
Sundog is not liable for any injury that may occur during the matting removal process, nor for the condition of your pet’s skin after matting has been removed. Matting and extra brushing fees may be added to the total service cost and are due at pickup.

Sundog reserves the right to stop or refuse any groom if it is determined to be in the pet’s best interest or if the pet displays aggressive behavior.
⚠️ Pets with fleas will not be accepted.

Sundog is not liable for any pre-existing injuries or conditions, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed, that may be aggravated, exacerbated, or discovered while under our care. This includes, but is not limited to:

Your pet’s health and safety are always our top priority. Clients will be notified immediately if any concerns or complications are discovered during the grooming process.


Media Release

Clients authorize Sundog to take photographs and video content of their pet(s) for use on social media, website, advertising, and other business-related purposes.
